Cloud Cost Management Specialist - FinOps

MCS Group is seeking a Cloud Cost Management Specialist to join one of the largest legal firms globally in their Belfast City centre location. In this role you will play an essential function as you will scope, implement and evolve their global use of cloud services, ensuring their business needs are met while forecasting the associated costs of this global cloud usage.

Salary circa £45k
Hybrid working model

The role

• Bridge the gap between the business and engineering teams
• Forecast their use of cloud services and their associated costs across their global IT estate
• Report on key metrics to all levels of stakeholders within the organisation

Needed to succeed

• Software asset experience or a proven FinOps background
• A technical knowledge across cloud, and technology, but also the mindset to financially assess and report on their costings
• Having any FinOps certified practitioner qualifications would be a huge advantage
