IT Project Manager

MCS Group is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the initial roll-out of specialist, cutting-edge hardware for our client's new customer. This Project Manager will take on a pivotal role in a high-profile project, coordinating both internal teams and external partners to ensure a successful delivery.

The Role:

• Manage end-to-end delivery of both hardware and software project components.
• Coordinate all project activities, ensuring milestones and deliverables are achieved on time and within scope.
• Act as the central point of contact for internal stakeholders, third-party vendors, and the client.
• Oversee project governance, reporting, and risk management.
• Work closely with internal technical support teams (who will handle the hands-on technical work) to ensure seamless execution.
• Facilitate communication and alignment across all parties involved.
• Undertake occasional travel to Saudi Arabia (expected approximately once per month, or as required) to support on-site delivery and stakeholder engagement.

The Person:

• Proven experience managing hardware and/or software projects, ideally within a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
• Strong background in stakeholder management and third-party vendor coordination.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• A proactive and adaptable approach, capable of leading in fast-paced and evolving settings.
• Experience in international project delivery would be advantageous.
• Flexibility for occasional travel to Saudi Arabia is essential.
