IT Procurement Manager

MCS Group is delighted to be working with a Global company, based in Belfast for an IT Procurement Manager to join their management team.

This is a unique opportunity for an individual for an IT/Technology Procurement professional to take a step up in their career and work for a genuine leader in their field.

You will lead global sourcing, negotiation, and procurement across our IT and technology categories.

Based in the Belfast office (hybrid), this is a high-impact role where you'll act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, drive value, and shape the future of our technology supply chain.

What you will do

• Act as a trusted procurement partner to senior stakeholders across the organisation.
• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives and complex negotiations across multiple global categories.
• Align procurement strategies with wider organisational objectives, including sustainability and innovation.
• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to drive performance and value creation.
• Deliver category insights and market intelligence to support strategic decision-making.
• Partner with governance and risk teams to ensure full lifecycle management and compliance excellence.

What you will have

• Proven experience in a procurement management role, ideally within a professional services or partnership environment.
• Strong track record across IT categories including software, hardware and services.
• Deep understanding of procurement best practices and commercial strategy.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills at senior levels.
