Job Description

MCS Group are currently working with a well-established Manufacturing company who are seeking to add an IT Infrastructure Engineer to the team to assist the hands on 1st and 2nd support within the Factory and office.

Innovative Manufacturing Firm for a Hands-On Experience with Cutting-Edge Technology!

Responsibilities:

Provide 1st and 2nd line support to the local in-house team and the broader company.
Offer support for Office 365, Active Directory, and other related systems.
Assist with technical support at their manufacturing site.
Collaborate with various technical departments to support advanced technologies.

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in 1st & 2nd line support.
Proficiency in Office 365 support.
Experience with SQL databases is desirable.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: DOE
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, On-Site in Co. Antrim
