IT Infrastructure Engineer

MCS Group are currently working with a well-established Manufacturing company who are seeking to add an IT Infrastructure Engineer to the team to assist the hands on 1st and 2nd support within the Factory and office.

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1st and 2nd line support to the local in-house team and the broader company.
• Offer support for Office 365, Active Directory, and other related systems.
• Assist with technical support at their manufacturing site.
• Collaborate with various technical departments to support advanced technologies.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in 1st & 2nd line support.
• Proficiency in Office 365 support.
• Experience with SQL databases is desirable.

• Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, On-Site in Co. Antrim
