IT Factory & Projects Co-ordinator

A leading construction and precast solutions company is seeking an experienced IT Factory & Projects Co-ordinator to join their team. This pivotal role supports both factory operations and project delivery through effective IT systems management and coordination.

The successful candidate will ensure all IT processes, systems, and projects run smoothly across the business, acting as a key link between the technical team, factory operations, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support IT-related projects within the factory and across wider operations.

• Ensure the smooth running of factory IT systems, including ERP platforms, hardware, software, and networks.

• Maintain and manage data, reports, and dashboards using Excel and ERP systems to support decision-making.

• Liaise with internal teams to understand IT needs and provide practical solutions.

• Maintain accurate documentation of systems, processes, and project updates.

• Support implementation of new systems, upgrades, and IT initiatives across multiple sites.

• Monitor and troubleshoot IT issues, escalating where necessary.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in an IT support, coordination, or project-focused role, ideally within a manufacturing or construction environment.

• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.

• Excellent organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
