International Sales Manager

MCS Group are delighted to be recruiting for an International Sales Manager, fixed-term opportunity with a well-established, organisation in the medical simulation and training technology sector. This role is ideal for someone looking to step into medical devices or a similar regulated, high-growth industry, particularly those with strong international distributor management experience. As an International Sales Manager, you will support and develop distributor relationships across Europe and Latin America, working closely with sales, operations, and production teams to ensure seamless regional continuity. The contract offers excellent global exposure.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and support a network of international distributors across Europe and Latin America
- Handle full sales administration from quote to order, including documentation for international shipments (invoices, delivery notes, export paperwork)
- Maintain accurate pipeline and CRM updates, ensuring visibility for sales forecasting
- Deliver online product training, presentations, and demonstrations to distributors and end customers
- Liaise daily with operations and production teams to support smooth order fulfilment and customer experience
- Provide high-quality international customer service and handle queries relating to orders, logistics, warranties, and product information
- Ensure handover processes, sales procedures, and established workflows are followed consistently
- Support international conferences and trade events (approx. 4-6 trips annually)
Essential Skills and Criteria
- 1-2+ years' experience in distributor or channel management (B2B or B2B/B2C)
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Experience managing quotes, orders, and associated export/logistics documentation
- Confident delivering online product demos or training sessions
- Experience managing a sales pipeline and working cross-functionally with ops/production
- Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a close-knit, collaborative team
Desirable but not necessary:
- Experience in medical devices, healthcare technology, or technical product sales
- Spanish language skills
- Familiarity with warranty/repairs workflows or platforms
