MCS Group are looking for an Internal Audit Director to join a global accountancy firm based in the Dublin area.

The Company:

Our client is leading global accountancy firm based in the Dublin area and have multiple offices across the Americas, EMEA and APAC regions. They are an all Ireland firm that provide a range of accountancy services to their extensive customer base. Now is a great time to join the company as they look to add an Internal Audit Director to their Dublin office.

The Role:

As the successful Internal Audit Director you will report directly to the Internal Audit Partner and will be responsible for the following duties:

• Oversight for portfolio of clients;
• Oversee the end-to-end SOX, internal audit or control assurance engagements;
• Review and assess control deficiencies;
• Prepare high quality planning & reporting;
• Mentoring & training junior staff;
• Other duties as outlined in the full job description.

The Person:

The successful Internal Audit Director will meet the following criteria:

• Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIIA;
• Strong Internal Audit experience;
• Strong management experience;
• Strong communication skills.
