Interim Assistant Accountant

A leading company in the Technology sector are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Assistant Accountant to join their Finance team temporarily.

Interim Assistant Accountant Responsibilities

• Assisting in the preparation of monthly management accounts.
• Preparing balance sheet reconciliations in various foreign currencies.
• Assisting in the preparation of monthly finance reports.
• Conducting weekly cash reporting, cash forecasting, and bank reconciliations in various currencies.
• Preparing monthly VAT returns.
• Performing stock reconciliations and assisting with stock control and reporting.

Interim Assistant Accountant Requirements:

• Working towards an accountancy qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ICAI).
• 18 months of accounting experience in a similar role.
• Experience in preparing management accounts.
• Involvement in purchase ledger or sales ledger.
• Excellent communications skills
• Ability to work under pressure.

Interim Assistant Accountant Benefits:

• Base: £27,000 - £30,000 (DOE)
• Hybrid working 2 days per week.
• Flexible hours.
• Contract completion bonus: £2,000
• Free Parking
