The role

• You will provide first in class IT services and expertise to an exciting array of cleints
• Troubleshoot a range of IT issues across applications and infrastructure at a senior level, acting as a point of escalation for those trickier issues
• Ensure your clients are protected and trained in terms of cyber security
• Continually improve your knowledge of IT
• Deliver complex IT solutions to evolving client needs
• Scope, design, and ultimately implement projects across a variety of client IT estates
• Manage 3^rd party vendors
• Strive to improve and implement processes to enhance your cleints experience of your services

Needed to succeed

• A tenacious /proven troubleshooting ability at a senior level
• A determined approach to your work and the skills to resolve a range of IT issues
• A valid drivers licence
• End to end IT project experience, from scoping, to delivery
