HR Officer - Dungannon - 12-Month FTC
MCS Group is delighted to be working with a leading organisation in Dungannon, who are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Officer to join their team on a fixed-term basis. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will take ownership of the full recruitment cycle, support employee onboarding, and contribute across a broad range of HR activities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from advertising to onboarding.
- Support employee relations, training, and development initiatives.
- Prepare contracts, terms, and conditions of employment.
- Ensure compliance with employment law, GDPR, and right-to-work checks.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to provide HR advice and guidance.
- Maintain HR records and support engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
The Ideal Candidate
- 2+ years' HR experience with a strong focus on recruitment.
- Familiar with online recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
- CIPD-qualified or working towards (advantageous).
- A collaborative team player with the ability to build relationships.
