HR Officer - Antrim - FTC 12-14 months
MCS is delighted to be partnering with a leading all-island organisation to recruit an experienced HR Officer for a 12-14 month fixed-term contract based in Antrim. Reporting to the COO, you'll support the full employee lifecycle while contributing to a people-focused, legally compliant, and inclusive working environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver professional HR advice and support across both NI and ROI teams
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from advertising to onboarding
- Support employee lifecycle tasks including inductions, probation, and training
- Assist with employee relations, including disciplinary and grievance processes
- Maintain HR records and support compliance reporting
- Travel occasionally to Antrim or ROI sites as needed
The Ideal Candidate
- Minimum 2 years' HR experience in a generalist role
- Strong knowledge of NI employment law and best practices
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and time management
- Confident communicator with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience in HR systems is a bonus
