Job Description
HR Officer - Coleraine - Food Manufacturing - 11 Month FTC
MCS Group are delighted to be working with a well-known, food manufacturer, based in Coleraine with sites across the UK and ROI, in the recruitment of an HR Officer to join their team on a Full-time, 12 month Fixed Term Contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast paced, HR team, and expand on your HR skillset.
The Role
This exciting opportunity will give the successful candidate the opportunity to provide support across a variety sites and functions within NI, UK and ROI. Main responsibilities include -
- Provide support and guidance on all company policies and procedures.
- Manage employee relations issues end-to-end, including conducting and grievances and disciplinaries.
- Oversee the full recruitment and selection process end-to-end.
- Provide support in both absence and performance management across the group.
- Work closely with management in coordinating all internal and external training.
- Lead and drive any employee engagement processes.
The Person
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have -
- Degree in HR or a relative field.
- CIPD qualification or working towards.
- At least 2 years' experience working within the HR function.
- Experience in working with HRIS.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment, with excellent time management skills.
