HR Manager - Permanent - Belfast

MCS Group is delighted to partner with a leading organisation as they look to add an HR Manager to their team, in this full-time permanent opportunity.

The role:

The HR Manager will play a key role in driving talent development, organisational culture, and engagement initiatives across the organisation. Working closely with the Senior Management Team, you'll provide expert HR advice and guidance while contributing to strategic planning and organisational development.

The main responsibilities:

• Lead the development and delivery of the organisation's people strategy in line with business objectives.
• Design and implement HR policies, procedures, and governance to ensure best practice, compliance, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with senior leaders to drive organisational performance, engagement, and change initiatives.
• Lead talent management and succession planning processes to support long-term growth.
• Promote a culture of learning and continuous improvement through the design of effective development programmes.
• Partner with managers to attract, recruit, and retain high-calibre professionals.

The ideal candidate:

• Chartered Membership of the CIPD.
• Similar experience within an HR Generalist remit.
• Extensive hands on NI employment legislation experience.
• Proven experience in organisational development and change management within a complex organisation.
• Strong employee relations expertise.
• Experience engaging with unions or staff representatives (desirable).
