HR Manager - Permanent - County Antrim
MCS Group is delighted to be partnering with a growing organisation as they look to add an HR Manager to their team, in this full-time, permanent opportunity.
The role:
This role will lead and enhance HR operations across the organisation, supporting managers and employees in delivering people strategies that align with business objectives. You will oversee all aspects of the HR function including employee relations, recruitment, training, compliance, and policy development.
The main responsibilities:
- Provide expert guidance and support to managers on all employee matters.
- Ensure consistent application of employment law, HR practices, and company policies..
- Lead the review and development of HR policies to ensure legal compliance and best practice.
- Support the implementation and optimisation of a new HR system.
- Support the annual engagement survey, analyse results, and lead meaningful follow-up actions.
- Assist in the design and delivery of training and development initiatives.
- Manage TUPE processes, including employee consultations.
The ideal candidate:
- CIPD-qualified professional.
- Proven experience in a senior HR role.
- Strong employee relations experience, including managing complex casework.
- Demonstrable TUPE and acquisition experience.
- Comprehensive understanding of NI employment law.
