HR Manager - Belfast - Professional Services Brand

MCS Group is incredibly excited to be partnering with well known, expanding professional services organisation, who require a highly experienced HR Manager on a permanent basis.

The role

Reporting to the Director, the HR Manager will have full responsible for ensuring effective delivery of all HR aspects for the Belfast operations function, as well as a number of other sites, working in partnership with the management team to ensure excellent service is always provided to employees, in a consistent manner.

The successful HR Manager will work closely with the senior leadership team, understanding current and future requirements regarding various HR issues, including recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for resource plans to ensure there is a steady pipeline of top talent, ensuring the employers brand is strong in a highly competitive market, attracting the best talent at all levels.

As the business continues to expand, the HR Manager will establish a positive working environment, contributing to a great culture, resulting in a highly engaged workforce. There will also be a number of strategic projects for the successful candidate to continue pushing the business forward.

The person

The successful candidate will possess the following

• At least 5 years generalist HR experience, with 3 of which at HR Business Partner level
• Degree educated and CIPD qualified
• Experience of working in a professional services environment is highly desirable
