HR Business Partner - Permanent - Belfast
MCS Group is delighted to be partnering with a growing organisation as they look to add an HR Business Partner to their team in this newly created, permanent opportunity.
The role:
As the HR lead on site, you'll partner with managers and employees across all levels of the business, providing expert guidance and practical support across the full HR lifecycle. You'll have the autonomy to influence, improve, and embed best practice HR processes, ensuring the people strategy aligns with operational goals.
The main responsibilities:
- Acting as a trusted partner to leadership on all HR matters.
 - Leading employee relations, performance management, and engagement initiatives.
 - Managing recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning.
 - Reviewing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
 - Supporting training, development, and succession planning.
 - Driving a positive, inclusive culture built on collaboration and accountability.
 
The ideal candidate:
- Proven HR generalist experience (ideally within manufacturing, engineering, or fast-paced industry).
 - Strong knowledge of NI employment law and HR best practice.
 - Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
 - CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above).
