HR Advisor - Mid-Ulster

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted advisor, providing clear and practical guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation
• Lead on employee relations matters, including investigations, performance management, and disciplinary processes
• Support the full employee lifecycle, from attraction and onboarding through to development, engagement, and offboarding
• Ensure accurate maintenance of HR data and uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and compliance
• Work closely with colleagues to deliver HR projects and initiatives that strengthen company culture and retention
• Assist in reviewing and refining HR policies to reflect current best practice and organisational needs
• Design and deliver HR training sessions and workshops where required
• Build strong relationships with managers and employees across all levels of the business

The ideal candidate:

• CIPD qualification or relevant degree
• Experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within a fast-paced environment
• Confident managing employee relations cases and providing expert advice
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
• Willingness to travel occasionally between company sites
