HR Advisor

HR Advisor - Belfast - Hybrid Working

MCS is delighted to be partnering with a leading organisation in the manufacturing sector to recruit an experienced HR Advisor for a 9-12 month fixed term contract. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide timely and accurate advice on HR policies, procedures, and employment law

- Manage and resolve employee relations issues, including investigations and formal processes

- Support all stages of the employee lifecycle - from recruitment and onboarding to performance, development, and exit

- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data confidentiality and compliance

- Collaborate with the HR team to implement initiatives that enhance engagement and retention

- Contribute to the review and development of HR policies and best practice

- Deliver HR-related training sessions as required

- Maintain strict confidentiality at all times

The Ideal Candidate:

- CIPD qualified (minimum Level 5 preferred)

- Minimum of three years' experience working within a Human Resources department, ideally in the food or manufacturing industry

- Experience working in a unionised environment (beneficial)

- Strong ER experience

- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems

- Flexible to travel across company sites as required
