HR Advisor - Armagh - 12-Month FTC
MCS Group is delighted to be recruiting for a motivated and experienced HR Advisor to join a dynamic, forward-thinking business on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Based in Armagh, with the flexibility to work from home one day per week, you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality, operational HR service within the company.
Role & Responsibilities
Support line managers in managing absence, change management, disciplinary issues, and grievances
Provide advice and guidance on employee relations and promote a positive working environment
Assist with recruitment and talent attraction across various business areas
Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and produce weekly HR reports
Oversee compliance processes such as right-to-work checks, mandatory training, and driver compliance
Lead employee engagement initiatives and monthly activities in line with company values
Support induction and training for new starters and line managers
Maintain internal communication platforms and encourage open communication across teams
Partner with the HR Shared Service team on payroll and HR system maintenance
The Ideal Candidate
Level 5 CIPD-qualified (or working towards)
2+ years' HR experience in a fast-paced environment
Strong knowledge of NI employment law
Full driving licence with flexibility to travel between sites
