HR Advisor - Belfast - Professional Services - Permanent

MCS Group is delighted to be working alongside a forward thinking, Tech sector organisation, in the recruitment of an HR Advisor, to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to join the growing function and be involved in all areas of HR.

The Role

Reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Advisor will manage a variety of HR processes including -

• Manage all recruitment and selection activities from writing job ads, shortlisting candidates, coordinating and conducting interviews to onboarding and inductions.
• Assist in the creation and implementation of company policies and procedures.
• Provide support in the development of HR initiatives.
• Manage and keep employee documentation up to date using HRIS.
• Manage all areas of the employee life-cycle.
• Support in all other additional HR duties as required.

The Person

To be successful in this role, you should have -

• 2/3 years of proven HR experience.
• Degree in HR or a relative subject.
• CIPD qualification or working towards.
• Experience in working on own initiative.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure.
