Head of Finance

Company:

My client is a leading hospitality and retail company that are looking to expand even further, with big plans in place over the next 5 years to create one of a kind experiences which will establish them as a market leader in their field. Now is a great time to join this exciting business.

Role:

Reporting into the Managing Director, duties of this role include:

• Production of monthly management accounts
• Overseeing budgeting and forecasting process
• Assisting with acquiring funding and investment
• Production and monitoring of key financial KPIs
• Liaising with external auditors
• Overseeing a small finance team
• Liaising with company directors to advise on strategic plan and develop long-term objectives

Person:

My client is ideally looking for someone who is/has:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
• Background in Hospitality/Retail/Tourism sectors would be highly desirable
• Strong commercial experience and ability to liaise with directors on strategic plans
• Strong IT skills

Package:

Overall package is negotiable for each candidate but can include:

• Salary up to £100k (DoE)
