Lead Product Designer

About the Role:

As the Lead Designer, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the design strategy and creative vision across the organisation. This position calls for a balance of hands-on design, leadership and strategic direction. You'll have the chance to grow a talented team, collaborate closely with executive leadership, and ensure design excellence is embedded in every product and experience the company delivers.

What You'll Need:

• Extensive experience in senior-level design roles.
• Demonstrated success in scaling and leading design teams.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and other key design tools, with the ability to coach teams on best practices.
• Strong grasp of user-first design principles, accessibility, and user research methodologies.
• Confident communicator who can engage and influence across teams and senior leadership.
• A big-picture thinker with strong strategic insight.
