Growth Marketing Lead

MCS group are delighted to be working alongside a rapidly scaling and successful software company based in Belfast to recruit a Growth Marketing Lead to join the team.
The successful individual will collaborate with senior leadership to launch strategic campaigns, generate pipeline and sales, and enhance the customer acquisition journey and work towards the goal of driving Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth through product-led demand generation.
Core responsibilities:
- Lead and continuously improve integrated campaigns across paid, owned, and organic channels to drive measurable growth.
- Take full ownership of paid acquisition strategies (e.g., LinkedIn, Google Ads), optimising for pipeline impact and cost-effective customer acquisition.
- Partner with external organisations on co-marketing and joint demand generation efforts to create high-quality, qualified opportunities.
- Develop engaging, product-focused content-including ebooks, datasheets, demo videos, and other creative assets-to support campaigns and educate prospects.
- Track, analyse, and report on key funnel metrics (MQLs, SQLs, CAC, pipeline contribution), ensuring transparency and data-driven decision-making.
- Continuously test and refine messaging, creative assets, and channels to maximise performance and ROI.
- Manage and update the company website to ensure accuracy, SEO performance, and alignment with user experience best practices.
- Plan and deliver multi-channel marketing programs across both direct and partner-led go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate with designers, media partners, and print vendors to bring campaign assets to life across all formats.
Essential Criteria:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent qualification) in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
- 3-5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a proven track record in demand generation and driving Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and optimise paid acquisition and email marketing campaigns with measurable ROI.
- Strong analytical skills, with confidence in interpreting data, tracking funnel metrics, conducting A/B tests, and evaluating performance.
- Technically proficient, with hands-on experience using tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads.
