I am delighted to be working with a fast growing manufacturing and eCommerce company to recruit a Graphic designer to join the growing Marketing & eCommerce team.

This is a creative, hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives on visual storytelling, performance-driven design, and bringing a brand to life across digital platforms, especially Meta Ads, social media, and website.

Key responsibilities:

• Create high-performing ad creatives and visual content for Meta Ads and other digital campaigns

• Collaborate with the Content Creation Specialist and wider marketing team on campaigns and creative strategy

• Design consistent, on-brand assets for digital and print: social media graphics, brochures, packaging, web assets, etc.

• Produce, shoot, and edit short-form videos, animations, and product photography

• Support promotional activities including trade shows and product launches

• Stay on top of design trends, AI tools, and creative best practices

• Manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail and deadlines

• Help build a fast-paced, test-and-learn creative process that drives results

Essential Criteria:

• Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field

• 3+ years' experience as a designer and videographer

• Strong portfolio showcasing performance-led creatives and storytelling

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects), CapCut, Figma and/or Canva

• Skilled in photography, video production, editing, and motion graphics

• Proven ability to create engaging social media content (reels, animations, etc.)

• Comfortable using AI tools while keeping a strong human-led creative approach

Highly Desirable:

• Experience in a performance creative or creative strategy role for a D2C or eCommerce brand
