Job Description
MCS are delighted to be recruiting for a First line Support for a software company based in Belfast.
Our client is a Northern Ireland based company who have developed a CRM product within the tech for good space and have a client base across the healthcare industry throughout with global offices.
Due to continued growth and success they have an opportunity for first line support engineer to join their technical support team and provide support for both the installation and maintenance of the application for customers. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual to join an employer of choice locally who will provide training, support and mentorship which will lead to a successful career within the IT industry.
what you will be doing
- Provide 1st, 2nd and 3rd line technical support for customers via online chat and telephone
- Assist with installation of software and applications on hardware and online
- Assist with maintenance of data bases using SQL
- Report writing
- Provide excellent customer facing skills

What you need to succeed;
- Recent graduate in Computer science or other relevant IT degree
- Ideally have a year experience in a helpdesk support role dealing with customers
- Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- SQL or report writing skills (highly desirable)
