Graduate Recruitment Consultant

As a Recruitment Consultant, your role will involve consulting with both clients and candidates to understand their needs and make suitable matches. You will specialise in sourcing candidates for niche roles within your designated sector. Throughout the course, you will develop research and marketing skills, enhance your sales and business development capabilities, and refine your communication and negotiation skills.
Our Recruitment Master-course runs for six weeks and will set you up for long-term success if you bring your drive and determination. Led by our experienced Talent Manager, the course covers various recruitment modules, focusing on the art and science of recruitment and the sales process. The learning experience will be immersive, interactive, and on-the-job.
