Financial Solutions Specialist

MCS Group is currently working alongside an industry leading financial services organisation, providing tailored insolvency solutions for individuals and businesses to recruit a Financial Solutions Specialist for their Belfast City Centre based business.

This will be an office-based position Monday to Thursday 8:00am - 5:00pm and Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm. After a successful 3-month probation period the company operates on a 4 day working week model.

An established company with offices in the UK & Europe the organisations are debt strategists who act on behalf of clients, whether in a personal or corporate context with a view to negotiating debt with various lending institutions.
Their highly trained debt strategists work across a wide range of areas with specialisms in property-associated debt and help clients navigate out of corporate and personal debt by steering them in the right direction, with impartial and tailored advice.

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide a strategy for potential clients who need a solution to the burden of personal or business debt
• Engage with prospects to encourage appointment of services
• Experience in identifying key opportunities for engagement - in both B2C & B2C environments
• Facilitate one to one consultation with clients to identify a solution to their financial difficulties
• Maintaining a positive attitude and core values of the business to inspire Strategic Alliances to introduce clients
• Work closely with and effectively communicate with the Marketing Team on source data to create and cultivate opportunities

Essential Criteria:

• Previous client relationship experience withing the financial services sector
• Willing to train and develop with studying out of the office
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to manage pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks
