The Role:

As the successful Financial Controller, you will report to the Managing Director and will be responsible for the following duties:

• Oversee the finance team;
• Lead financial planning, budgeting & forecasting processes;
• Preparation of board & group reporting packs;
• Business partner with key stakeholders;
• Oversee month-end and year-end close processes;
• Enhance financial controls & processes;
• Other duties as outlined in the full job description.

The Person:

The successful Financial Controller will have the following characteristics:

• Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or Qualified by Experience;
• Strong commercial finance & financial reporting experience;
• Strong management or leadership experience;
• Strong IT skills.
