Finance Operations Manager Benefits

• Salary:£35,000 - £40,000.
• Hybrid working(1 day).

Finance Operations Manager Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue fee invoices promptly.
• Regularly follow up with Directors and Associates regarding outstanding invoicing.
• Liaise with clients to ensure timely payment of invoices.
• Oversee credit control to manage and reduce aged debt.
• Monitor and manage daily cash flow.
• Prepare projections for upcoming cash payments.
• Develop and maintain accurate fee income projections

Finance Operations Manager Requirements

• Strong understanding of invoicing, credit control, and cash flow principles
• Ability to interpret financial data and prepare projections and reports
• Capable of managing multiple tasks, deadlines, and stakeholders.
• Proactive in prioritising daily cash-flow management and invoicing schedules.
• Able to chase payments diplomatically while maintaining strong client relationships.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Previous experience working within the construction, engineering, or professional services industry.
