This is a pivotal role for someone with hands-on payroll experience who's ready to take ownership of payroll processes across multiple markets and help shape the future of our finance function.

We anticipate this role evolving into a management-level position as our internal team and temporary workforce grow - making it ideal for someone with ambition and a strong foundation in payroll operations.

Key Responsibilities

This role is tailored for someone who thrives in payroll administration and wants to broaden their impact across finance. You'll work closely with our Senior Management and Operations Teams to ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.

Your core duties will include:

• Weekly payroll processing for UK, US, and ROI entities - including onboarding new starters, managing leavers, and resolving timesheet discrepancies.
• Generating and maintaining payroll reports (e.g. KPIs, manager summaries) on a scheduled and ad hoc basis.
• Liaising with suppliers and internal teams to resolve invoice queries and ensure timely payments.
• Setting up and authorising payees and managing banking queries with Bank of Ireland and Revolut.
• Supporting sales invoicing and ensuring accurate coding across regions.
• Assisting the Credit Controller with daily tasks and contributing to overall finance operations.

About You

We're looking for someone who brings:

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on payroll experience
• Strong computer literacy and familiarity with payroll/accountancy software
• Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive mindset
