Field Service Engineer

MCS Group is delighted to be recruiting a Field Service Engineer for our client, who is one of Ireland's leading importers and distributors of machinery.
Job Responsibilities:

• Customer Service & Communication: Deliver outstanding service, build strong relationships with customers and the service team
• Service Delivery & Technical Tasks: Plan and execute service, repair, fault-finding, commissioning, assist with installations and manufacturing tasks.
• Process Improvement & Efficiency: Propose and support continuous improvement initiatives, optimise the use of tools and materials, and resolve issues proactively.
• Team Contribution & Flexibility: Support the overall functioning of the company, take on additional duties and training as needed, and maintain flexibility to meet business needs.

Essential Criteria:

• A valid driver's license is required.
• Electrical Qualification - Time Served
• Experienced in carrying out maintenance on manufacturing equipment
