Facilities Engineer

MCS Group is working with a leading manufacturer to recruit a Facilities Engineer based in Belfast.

The Role:
Supporting the Facilities Manager, you'll help manage and maintain all site facilities, covering plant services, estate management, service contracts, safety, and energy/environmental systems. You'll also drive cost savings through supplier management and improvement projects.

The successful candidate:

• Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering OR 5+ years' engineering experience with a desire to train within facilities management.
• Experience in facilities/engineering maintenance or site service contract management.
• Strong communication, organisation, and IT/data analysis skills.
• Self-motivated team player with contract/project management ability.
• Desirable: Energy/Environmental qualification, project management or building services experience.
