MCS Group is delighted to be working alongside a leading, innovative software company to recruit an Events Marketing Coordinator to join their growing team and help drive the global events to the next level in 2025!

This successful individual will help expand the businesses global footprint, maximise impact, and help the company achieve their 2025 growth goals. Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Global Event Lead in the production elements of larger trade shows as assigned, including coordinating team travel, post-event budget reconciliation, shipping, printing, and procurement.
• Project management of sponsor activation's, team travel, and logistics for UK and EMEA-based small-scale community event sponsorships.
• Oversee event execution logistics and interlock with campaigns, product announcements, social and PR in support of events.
• Assist in development and implementation of event communication strategies.
• Inform program strategy by analysing data and reporting results.
• Coordinate the design of various event materials, both print and digital

Required Experience, Qualities & Skills

• Proven Experience in event management/ desire to learn more about Field Marketing
• Teamwork and collaboration complemented by a self-starter, go-getter attitude
• Proven track record handling complex projects simultaneously with multiple stakeholders
• Experience in vendor management (e.g. hotels/event venues, production/AV vendors, broadcast partners, creative agencies) and managing show budgets
• Availability and excitement to travel domestically and internationally to support onsite event logistics
