ERP Support Analyst

MCS Group are currently working with a rapidly expanding Manufacturing company based in Antrim who are currently seeking to add an experienced ERP Support Analyst to its IT Team.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the IT team to handle second-tier ERP and application support issues.
Design and implement innovative projects to meet business needs using our ERP system and custom applications.
Partner with our internal software development team and external vendors to develop solutions.
Present data in a user-friendly format for non-technical stakeholders.
Standardise and document processes for continuous improvement.
Develop BI reports based on database information.

Essential Criteria:

Experienced Managing and Supporting ERP Systems (3 Years minimum)
Ability to navigate application workflows and generate User Stories.
Experience developing BI Reports (Power BI, Crystal, SSRS)

Remuneration:
Salary: £40,000 - £48,000
Working Model: Hybrid available - Monday to Friday (early Friday finish)
