Enterprise Architect

We're partnering with a fast-growing organisation to hire an Enterprise Architect to support an expanded change agenda over the next 12-24 months. What you'll do

• Lead target-state architecture for multi-year, organisation-wide transformation initiatives including cost/benefit analysis, risk appetite, regulatory horizon, and how IT capabilities underpin business outcomes.
• Develop target operating models, digital roadmaps, and technology blueprints.
• Design and oversee implementation of enterprise strategy across applications, cloud, integration, and data.
• Partner with CIO/CTO and senior stakeholders to align solutions with business goals.
• Work within applicable regulatory and security requirements (e.g., GDPR, NIS2, and DORA where relevant).
• Provide technical delivery oversight, including vendor and platform selection.

What you'll bring

• Strong grounding in enterprise architecture frameworks, governance, and capability models.
• Experience shaping long-term business/IT alignment strategies
• Ability to maintain enterprise roadmaps, principles, and standards.
• Confidence advising senior leadership on investment priorities, operating model impacts, and regulatory considerations at enterprise scale.
• Proven track record with EA governance, architecture boards, and portfolio planning.
• IASA/TOGAF/Zachman certifications (an advantage)
