MCS are delighted to be recruiting for an Enterprise Account Director with a London-based SaaS company known for its collaborative culture, forward-thinking mindset, and consistent growth. The ideal Enterprise Account Director will be someone commercially driven, highly strategic, and experienced in managing complex, high-value B2B sales cycles. The Enterprise Account Director role is based in London, with flexibility built in, but there's also a strong emphasis on being part of a close-knit, high-performing team.
Role and Responsibilities.
- Lead the full enterprise sales cycle, from initial engagement through to negotiation and close.
- Work collaboratively with SDRs to build a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Engage with senior decision-makers across corporate functions, navigating complex organisational structures and stakeholder groups.
- Drive new business while also nurturing and expanding relationships with existing accounts.
- Deliver compelling product demos and presentations, tailored to each client's unique challenges.
- Hit and exceed revenue targets, contributing to wider team and business growth goals.
- Maintain a clear overview of your pipeline, meetings, and client communications to ensure a seamless sales experience.
- Stay up to date on industry developments and the evolving needs of your target market.
Essential Criteria.
- A proven track record of 8+ years in enterprise sales, ideally within a SaaS or professional services environment.
- Experience selling into complex, regulated markets, with a background in tax, finance, or consultancy seen as a strong advantage.
- Previous exposure to or partnerships with top-tier or mid-tier advisory firms is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders within large organisations, including executive-level decision-makers across finance-related functions.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build trust, convey value, and hold your own in high-level discussions.
- Confidence and professionalism in every interaction , someone who brings credibility to the conversation from the first meeting.
- A consultative sales approach, with experience navigating complex sales cycles and articulating the value of sophisticated solutions to senior business leaders.
