Design Engineer

MCS Group is delighted to recruit a Design Engineer focusing on continuous improvement design for our growing client based in Omagh.

Our client is expanding and so can your career! Following a £10M investment in expanding their facilities, we're looking for a talented Design Engineer to join our clients dynamic team.

In this role, you'll focus on the design and development of material handling equipment. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll lead product improvements, cost-reduction initiatives, and support new and existing product lines from concept through production.

The successful candidate will:

• Degree in Mechanical, Agriculture, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering
• 3+ years' experience in equipment design & manufacturing
• Skilled in 3D CAD (SolidWorks preferred), ERP systems (Oracle a plus)
• Strong understanding of structural, hydraulic, and control systems
