MCS is delighted to be working with a leading organisation in the technology sector, who are seeking a talented Application Support Analyst to join their expanding IT operations team.
This is a full-time permanent role focused on delivering high-quality application support, incident management, and cloud-based solutions across a dynamic technical environment.
This is a hybrid role based in Belfast, offering flexibility and strong career progression opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-line to third-line technical support across a range of enterprise applications and platforms
Investigate and resolve technical issues through SQL queries
Manage incidents effectively, prioritising based on business impact and ensuring timely resolution
Support end-users with technical guidance and system updates
Assist in the testing, quality assurance, and performance monitoring of cloud environments
Liaise with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver support solutions and service improvements
Skills & Experience Required:
Strong experience in SQL Server Management
Familiarity with Cloud would be benefical
Exposure to SOAP protocols, Postman testing, and command-line would also be benefical
Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach
