Corporate and Support Services Officer

Are you highly organised with a focus on improving systems and supporting effective service delivery? This role offers the opportunity to work across corporate functions, helping to drive compliance, streamline processes, and support the organisation's statutory responsibilities.
The role:
- Manage Projects: Plan, track, and report on projects, highlighting risks and ensuring timely delivery.
- Support Policy Work: Draft consultation responses and contribute to policy, strategy, and improvement initiatives.
- Advise and Train: Provide guidance and training on processes and procedures.
- Lead Research: Conduct research and engagement to support evidence-based decision-making.
- Ensure Compliance: Monitor legislation and support regulatory and statutory duties.
- Build Relationships: Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
- Maintain Records: Oversee quality, support corporate functions, and ensure accurate, confidential record-keeping.
The Person
As the successful candidate you will have the following background and experience:
Essential:
- Hold degree or post graduate qualification in any discipline or possess extensive experience in the below:
- Experience working in a role providing advice to senior management contributing to effective outcomes.
- Experience collaborating with senior internal and external stakeholders demonstrating continued achievement of organisational outcomes.
- Experience preparing, implementing and reporting on plans / programmes to meet timescales and budgets.
