Compliance Officer - Property

MCS Group are delighted to be partnering with Translink for an exciting new permanent opportunity based in Belfast for an experienced Compliance Officer - Property.

About the role

You will be responsible to the Head of Property Asset Management and will ensure compliance with legislative, regulatory and internationally recognised management and asset standards, by providing technical support and advice to both the Projects and Maintenance functions within the Property Division.

Essential Criteria

• Minimum of a degree or equivalent in a relevant technical subject with a minimum of 3 years' experience in the successful implementation/ management of ISO accredited asset management, quality or other standards in a construction/heavily regulated environment. Or alternatively, possess a minimum of an HND/HNC or equivalent in a relevant technical subject with a minimum of 5 years' experience in the successful implementation/ management of ISO accredited asset management, quality or other standards in a construction/heavily regulated environment.
• Experience in setting, forecasting and managing budgets.
• Experience making decisions under pressure, anticipate potential issues or problems and provide robust and objective solutions.
• Experience successfully collaborating with both cross divisional and external stakeholders.
