Commercial Lead

MCS Group is delighted to be recruiting a highly experienced Commercial Lead to support the delivery of an ambitious multi-billion Euro program for their client.
Key Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years of significant and demonstrable experience in leading commercial management on complex, multi-billion Euro infrastructure programs.
• Minimum 10 years of direct experience in the Offshore Wind Energy sector, with deep knowledge of sector-specific commercial challenges, regulations, and delivery models.

Desirable Skills & Attributes:

• Strong understanding of European energy markets and procurement regulations.
• Demonstrated leadership in commercial strategy, contract negotiation, and risk management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across multidisciplinary teams and with governmental bodies.
