Client Programme Director - ARKK

MCS Group is thrilled to be once again retained by ARKK as they look to appoint a Client Programme Director. ARKK is a leading software provider serving large multinationals and driving change in the Tax, Financial and Regulatory industries with its innovative technologies.

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Programme Director to establish a Client Implementation Project Office and lead and develop the Client Service Delivery function.

Reporting directly to ARKK's COO, you will be the leader responsible for the successful delivery of our client implementation projects. You'll work across multiple stakeholders to ensure our solutions are implemented on time, on budget, delivering client experience excellence.

This is a leadership role that combines programme governance with client service delivery and customer relationship excellence. You will act as a trusted advisor for clients, guiding them through digital transformation, ensuring we deliver value.

Key Requirements:

• Relevant experience in Finance and/or SaaS
• 5 plus years' experience in leading Programme Management and Client Delivery teams
• Proven success in client-facing leadership roles, ideally within a B2B enterprise software or consulting environment
• Deep understanding of SaaS delivery models, change management and programme management
• Prince II (or equivalent), SQL, Jira, experience of using project management software essential
• Knowledge of Tax operations, systems and regulation desirable
• Hybrid working from ARKK's Belfast office (minimum 3 days per week)

Challenges you'll be working on:

• Lead the delivery of client projects and programmes, ensuring alignment to strategic business outcomes.
• Lead the technical implementation of clients on to ARKK's software.
• Own relationships with client stakeholders, acting as their primary point of contact during Implementation phase.
• Partner with Revenue, Product, Development and Support teams to ensure seamless delivery and continuous improvement.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
• Coach and mentor team to foster a culture of excellence and accountability.

Salary Range:

• £65-£70k
