Overview
MCS are delighted to be recruiting for a Channel Sales Representative for a leading technology company operating in the collaboration, wireless presentation, and digital display solutions industry. This is an exciting opportunity to join an innovative organisation experiencing strong growth across global markets. As Channel Sales Representative, you will be responsible for supporting and developing a network of channel partners to increase revenue and market reach. You will work closely with third-party resellers, screen manufacturers, AV integrators, and distribution partners to ensure they are fully enabled to promote and sell the company's solutions.
Role & Responsibilities
- Managing and growing relationships with channel partners across assigned territories.
- Implementing channel sales strategies to increase product adoption and maximise indirect sales.
- Training and enabling partners on product features, value propositions, and use cases.
- Delivering product demos, onboarding sessions, and joint customer presentations.
- Supporting partners with sales tools, marketing materials, and promotional campaigns.
- Monitoring performance, forecasting pipeline, and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Coordinating with internal teams including marketing, product, and customer success to ensure partner needs are met.
- Representing the company at industry events, exhibitions, and partner meetings.
- Ensuring all partner activity aligns with company goals and brand standards.
Essential Criteria & Qualifications
- Proven experience in channel sales, or indirect sales, ideally within the tech, AV, SaaS, or digital solutions industry.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage, motivate, and support partners.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence delivering demos and training sessions.
- A solid understanding of reseller ecosystems, distributor networks, and AV/IT hardware integration.
- Ability to manage multiple partners and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to identify growth opportunities within channel networks.
- Competence using CRM systems and digital sales tools.
- A proactive, adaptable, and collaborative approach to problem-solving and partnership development.
