Business Analyst (Payments)

MCS Group is thrilled to be partnering alongside an exceptional financial services client as they seek to add a Business Analyst to their team on a contract basis for a minimum of 6 months. The successful candidate will be responsible for transformation projects within the payments domain.

(Hybrid - 2 days per week on-site - Dublin)

Responsibilities:

• Have high quality engagements with business users to understand business processes and pain points.
• Identify Key Stakeholders and conduct stakeholder analysis
• Analyse Client Business Requirements and guide business
• Document business requirements and process flows using different tools like JIRA, Confluence, Blue Works, Lucid Chart, MS Visio etc

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge and experience in the payments domain is essential, ideally within a retail banking environment (SEPA, CHAPS, BACS, SWIFT etc)
• 7 years is the minimum commercial experience required as a BA in banking to be considered for the role
• IT background with a solid grasp on technology in banking.
• Strong analytic and problem-solving skills.
• Capable of setting priorities on their own, adhering to deadlines, and handling changing priorities for client deliverable's.
• Creative and flexible, both independently and in a team environment.
• Results-oriented and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelors Degree in Finance, Economics, Information Technology or similar

Day rate of up to €500 DOE.
