Test Manager (Capital Markets)

MCS Group is thrilled to be partnering alongside an exceptional banking client once again as they seek to add a Test Manager to their team for a Capital Markets project on a contract basis for 6 months.

(Hybrid - 2 days per week on-site - Dublin)

Our client is looking for someone with a strong testing background in Capital Markets, who can confidently manage complex testing projects, lead teams, and work effectively with senior stakeholders.

Product & Regulatory Experience

• Good understanding of a wide range of financial products, including:

  • Equities, Derivatives, Foreign Exchange (FX), Fixed Income/Debt Securities, and Commodities

• Familiar with key regulatory reporting frameworks, such as:

  • EMIR, MiFID II/MiFIR, SFTR, and CFTC

Delivery & Team Management

• Able to assess and challenge the quality of technical deliverables from third-party vendors, particularly in preparation for testing

• Experience leading large-scale projects with multiple internal and external stakeholders

• Hands-on experience managing testing teams of at least 5-10 people

Communication & Stakeholder Engagement

• Confident in reporting to and communicating with senior management

• Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment with tight and shifting deadlines

• Fluent English speaker with strong written and verbal communication skills

Day rate of up to €600 DOE.
