Are you a skilled Business Analyst with a passion for improving systems and services? These roles offer the chance to support the successful implementation of a new ERP system by leading on the HR or Payroll modules.

Working closely with service leads, ICT teams, and external partners, you'll ensure business needs are translated into effective system solutions, playing a key role in shaping how the organisation delivers HR and Payroll services.

The role:

  • Gather Requirements: Capture business needs for HR or Payroll processes through stakeholder engagement.
  • Map Processes: Document current and future workflows to guide system design.
  • Support ERP Setup: Work with vendors and technical teams to align system configuration with requirements.
  • Liaise with Users: Bridge communication between service teams and the project team, resolving issues as they arise.
  • Lead Testing & Migration: Support testing phases and ensure accurate data migration.
  • Support Change Management: Assist with training, communications, and transition planning.
  • Maintain Docs & Improve: Keep documentation updated and identify opportunities for process improvement.

The Person

As the successful candidate you will have the following background and experience:

Essential:

  • Hold degree or post graduate qualification in any discipline or possess extensive experience in the below:
  • Experience gathering and analysing functional requirements for systems or digital projects.
  • Strong understanding of either HR or Payroll processes.
  • Ability to develop process maps, documentation, and user stories.
