MCS Group is delighted to be working with a leading accountancy practice in Ireland to recruit for a Business Advisory Manager to join their market leading and rapidly growing team.

The Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for the following:

• Looking after a portfolio of clients
• Training and coaching junior members of staff
• Building and maintaining client relationships
• Statutory Accounts, Management Accounts, Budget & Forecasting, drafting of initial tax returns
• Reviewing work by juniors
• Taking ownership and responsibility with various advisory projects
• Other duties as outlined in the full job description, depending on level and experience

The Person:

As the successful candidate, you will meet the following criteria:

• ACA/ACCA Qualified or equivalent
• Previous experience in an Accountancy Practice environment
• Experience in similar role
• Knowledge of systems such as Sage and Xero
• Experience in technical compliance and advisory work
• Experience dealing with a range/portfolio of clients
• Ability to communicate with clients and members of staff
• Desire to grow and develop your career
