Brand Manager

MCS Group is delighted to be partnering with a leading Medical Device manufacturing company with sites across the UK, to recruit a Brand Manager to join their growing team based in Coleraine in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will focus on building strong clinical brands for product ranges. Working with a professional team to provide effective marketing strategies and support the business to continue the company's success across global markets.

KEY ACTIVITIES:

• Build strong clinical brands for product ranges.
• Assist in the refinement and implementation of an integrated, marketing strategy for the business.
• Work closely with sales teams and distribution partners to implement agreed marketing strategies within key focus markets.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to meet agreed objectives.
• Develop a range of collateral that will support the sales teams and distribution partners.
• Help to maintain a strong social media presence across markets.
• Assist in the maintenance of the web presence.
• Monitor market for opportunities and competitive risks by keeping up to date with relevant clinical research and assessing competitor activity.
• Work with sales managers and business development executives to understand current business performance and drive, plan and deliver marketing activities to achieve targets.
• Assist with the development and monitoring of marketing budgets.
• Measure return on investment of marketing spend.
• Assist with market analysis, customer analysis and competitor analysis.
• Assisting in the organisation, running and follow-up of conferences, meetings and consumer experience days.

Essential

• Educated to degree level in marketing or business
• Proven experience of managing a brand within a business
• Excellent verbal & written ability
• Excellent verbal and written ability.
• Access to transport
