Bookkeeper - Temporary - Belfast

MCS Group is delighted to be assisting a key client source a full time temporary Bookkeeper.

Immediate need.

Belfast City Centre location - role based fully onsite.

The role:

This is a key role within the accounts team reporting to the Financial Controller.

Key responsibilities include:

• Management Accounts to Trial Balance across multiple Group Companies
• Balance Sheet reconciliations
• Update cash flow information
• Produce Monthly VAT Returns.
• Weekly/Monthly Payroll
• VAT, Payroll & CIS
• Produce CIS Monthly Returns.
• Bank Payments and Credit Control
• Managing sales and purchase ledger activities.
• Handling invoices.
• Conducting bank & credit card reconciliations.
• Assisting with month-end procedures

The Person:

• Over 2 years recent experience within a Bookkeeping role
• Preferably IATI Qualified/ Part-Qualified Accountant or operating at this level
• Experience in accounts packages
• Excellent team player
• Excellent administration & organisational skills
• Strong IT skills
• Ability to multitask, manage deadlines and workload
