Location: Belfast (Hybrid)
Salary: £38000 - £40,000 (DOE)
Type: Permanent, Full-Time
About the Role
Our client, a leading specialist group, is seeking a BI Analyst / Data Specialist to join their IT team. This role supports over 700 users across multiple business units and offers strong project exposure as well as business-critical reporting responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities

• Administer core systems including ERP, CAFM (Concerto), and document management platforms.
• Build and maintain dashboards using Logi Analytics (essential) and Power BI.
• Monitor and Maintain Document Management Systems
• Maintaining the Mobile Working Platform and upgrading as required
• Assist the IT team with first and second line support as and when required
• Manage supplier relationships for IT platforms.
• Provide training and end-user support when required.
• Contribute to projects and continuous improvement across IT.

Must-Have Skills

• Solid experience in systems administration and reporting.
• Hands-on experience with Logi Analytics and strong Power BI skills.
• SQL Database applications experience
• Experience in reporting using Crystal Reports
• Strong communication skills; able to train and support users.

Desirable Skills

• 3rd Level relevant qualification
• Android/IOS Mobile Devices
• MS Power Automate Platforms /MS SharePoint
